Goji Berry Smoothies


Goji berries are very rich source of many vitamins. They contain 500 times more Vitamin C per ounce than oranges.

Blend together equal parts of Goji Berries, cherries, blueberries, apples, blackberries and raspberries. After a few seconds; add a cup of water, rice milk (soy milk, whole milk will work too), or orange juice for easier blending.
