Top of the Morning Smoothie

1 small ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
1 8 ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/8th Teaspoon maple syrup
1 chopped small mango
1/2 cup oforange juice
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 cup ice cubes
Put the banana, maple syrup, orange juice, sugar, and yogurt into the blender and puree. While the blender is still blending add the ice cubes (one at a time, through the hole on the top of the lid, keep the lid on). Continue adding ice cubes until the smoothie is smooth and thick.
